The accommodation
Beautiful villa with private pool located in a quiet residential area on the Benissa Coast. The villa is built on a beautiful closed and wooded plot of 800 m2 which gives it a lot of tranquility.
The villa consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase.
The main floor, at the same level as the pool, has:
- a pleasant glazed terrace with table and chairs, a cozy living room with fireplace, sofa, Tvsat, wifi
- an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a toaster
- two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
On the ground floor, we have a small living room with a sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room with a washing machine.
In the outdoor area, the villa has a 7x4 m rectangular pool with a Roman staircase, an outdoor shower, and a nice terrace with table and chairs. It also has a pleasant garden area with Mediterranean plants. Closed parking for several vehicles
