The accommodation
A centrally located two bedroom, first floor apartment, situated on a small urbanisation with communal pool and gardens. This bright, modern apartment is in a fantastic location, the beach is a five minute walk away and is also within walking distance to popular beach bars and restaurants.
Setting
The apartment comprises of a kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle and washing machine. The bright and modern open plan living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, A/C and dining table for six. Patio doors connected to the living room, open up on to a private terrace, complete with table and chairs, gas barbeque and overlooks the communal pool.
The sofa is a sofa-bed so the apartment potentially has the capacity to sleep six guests.
The first bedroom is located at the front of the apartment, with large double bed, wardrobe and A/C. The second bedroom is located off the lounge and has two single beds, large wardrobe and is also equipped with A/C.
There is a small south-facing shared terrace space to the front of the property with table and chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine.
