Apartment located on the second floor of the Miramonti condominium, a few meters from the 'Clotes and Prarion' ski lifts, very easy to reach on foot!
The room is about 45sqm and consists of a corridor, bathroom, equipped kitchen and two bedrooms; in one there are 3 beds (one can be stored away) with a large wardrobe in the other room there is instead a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more people for a total of 5 GUESTS.
The apartment has a magnificent view of our mountains and is well lit by the various windows.

Animals are welcome.

It is rented on a weekend, weekly basis or for long weekends / holidays.

Setting

both to the right and to the left there are the ski slopes with their respective ski lifts, all reachable with a few steps.
It is accessible by stairs or two lifts, there are three entrances, each on each side.
In front there is a large paid parking, while there are free ones on the sides.

Activities and attractions

The main activity to do in Sauze d'Oulx is definitely skiing, then next to home there is the bobsleigh run and paddles that can be used with a free carpet.
