The accommodation
Fabulous apartment for 4 people only 150m from the sandy beach and 800m from the port of Dénia. It has a bright living room with TV and an exit to the covered terrace with awning and equipped for eating and dining out. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed (150cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub. Open view to green area. Independent kitchen with dishwasher and all small appliances, gallery with laundry room, washing machine and clothesline. Garden and large community pool with jacuzzi. Children's playground and paddle tennis court.
The house has fans in all rooms. Private covered parking space with automatic entrance door. The residence is small, very quiet and pleasant, with a family atmosphere. East and west facing.
At only 150 meters (2min. on foot) from the sandy beach, close to all services ( supermarket, press, cafeteria, restaurants, bus stop with line to the historical center every 30min. Only 800m from the port and the town centre of Dénia.

Nos encantó alojarnos en el apartamento luz de luna. Es un alojamiento muy acogedor, limpio y cuidado al detalle, ideal tanto para desconectar como para disfrutar de dénia con total comodidad. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila, lo que permite descansar sin ruidos. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no le falta de nada, y se nota que está pensado para que el huésped se sienta como en casa. La atención por parte de family homes rentals fue impecable: comunicación rápida, clara y muy profesional desde el primer momento. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo y lo recomendamos al 100 %
