Vivienda en malas condiciones

Hola, la vivienda cuando llegamos no había pasado la limpieza por la vivienda encontrando cucarachas y suciedad en toda la vivienda. Cocina sucia bolsas de basura no había. La ubicación es buena ya que desde aquí te puedes mover (con coche) a todos las ciudades de alrededor. Lo que más no gusto fue la terraza desayunar o cenar en ella esta muy bien. Saludos,
