The accommodation

The apartment, equipped with Wi.Fi. free, it is a bright two-room apartment on the ground floor of 45 m2. composed of two rooms and a bathroom with large shower cubicle (1mx1m).
The living room/kitchen includes a kitchen unit, with induction hob, electric oven and a large fridge and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed.
It is well furnished and equipped with all utensils including a "Nespresso" coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with a Daikin / 12000 BTU inverter air conditioner for both heating and cooling. Hot water is produced by a 50 liter electric water heater. There is also a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Each opening is equipped with a mosquito net.
The bedroom, with bedside tables, chest of drawers and a three-door wardrobe, is quite comfortable and has a window with a single bottom-hung opening for air exchange.
In the storage room, inside the bathroom, you will find a washing machine, a 300 liter water reserve, a vacuum cleaner and a ladder.
The conditions are as follows:
For the monthly rent of one / two people the cost is €650 in addition to the cost of electricity (€0.35 per kWh) and water (€2.90 cubic metres) according to consumption. A deposit of €450 is required to cover any damage and payment of utility costs.
An initial supply of linen for both the bathroom (3 sets) and the bed (1 set) is expected. Subsequent changes can be provided at a cost of only €7. It is possible, upon request, to do cleaning at a cost of €25 per single intervention.

Setting

The apartment is located in Piazza Pietro Novelli 3, in a strategic area of ​​Palermo, in fact and about 100m. from the Cathedral. In addition to being able to walk along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, which connects the two gates of Palermo: Porta Nuova and Porta Felice, you can also easily walk along Via Maqueda and reach the Teatro Massimo and the Teatro Politeama and then continue along Via Libertà. The surrounding area is therefore entirely pedestrian but can also be reached by car but, in this case, you must have a transit permit as it is a limited traffic area (ZTL). There are, however, also public transport to reach all the remaining areas of Palermo and therefore to arrive at the beautiful Mondello beach.

Activities and attractions

A stone's throw away are the most important tourist attractions of Palermo, all within walking distance.
Including the historic markets of Palermo: Ballarò, il Capo and Vucciria. Porta Nuova, the Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria and many other tourist attractions including the Palatine Chapel and the church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, La Martorana and reaching the Cathedral of Monreale with public transport within walking distance. Then there are countless bars, clubs and restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner, tasting Palermo dishes and good quality fast food.
