The accommodation

Guests have the upper floor (250 m2) of a two-storey villa with two large terraces for their accommodation. One of the terraces, with access from the bedroom to the swimming pool, has an exercise bike. The second terrace is off the dining room, with a table and chairs. A lovely spot overlooking the pool, courtyard and mountains, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets.
The large living room is visually divided into two areas, one of which is a corner with upholstered leather furniture and a large TV with internet connection. There is also a Blu-ray disc and a selection of discs to watch. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, as well as a coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave, fridge/freezer, citrus juicer. The dining area has a TV.
The large bedroom with a 180×200 bed and TV has private access to the pool terrace and its own bathroom with bath, bidet, 2 sinks and toilet. All bedrooms have their own locker for clothes. The second bathroom is located next to 1 bedroom with a 150x200 bed and a bedroom with two single beds and has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
The swimming pool with different depths has a jacuzzi area.

Setting

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in a quiet area close to the tourist towns of Benidorm (2 km) and Albir (1 km). The town centre is a 5 minute walk away, where you can find supermarkets, shops, banks, post office, cafes, restaurants and pharmacies.

Activities and attractions

Due to its unique location, guests live away from the noise of the city, but very close to such popular entertainment venues as: Benidorm Palace concert hall, Terramítica amusement park, zoos with animal shows, dolphinariums: Mundomar, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura. Aqualandia water park. Towns: Benidorm with a vibrant nightlife, El Albir with seafront restaurants. Altea is a favourite destination for artists and has a magnificent old town. Calpe where in the harbour area you can eat fresh fish with seafood, as well as try the Сarabineros. Guests will be recommended the best restaurants and many other interesting places to visit, which will make your stay unforgettable.
