Has three bedrooms. one with a double bed and two other rooms with two single beds each, large living room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with gallery equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and basic kitchen utensils (cutlery, crockery, pans, pots , coffee maker...), terrace. Furnished. It has a parking space. Residential with swimming pool and playground. It is rented for weeks from Monday to Monday and only to families.

Setting

It is located on the third line of the beach, a three-minute walk to the sand. It has all the services very close (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants...). Very quiet and familiar residential.
