The accommodation

The villa has a privileged location just 10 minutes walk from the center of Vilamoura and 10 minutes from the Marina, where you will find plenty of entertainment. This elegant accommodation is perfect for group or family trips. All rooms have a private bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove and oven. There are no gas appliances. The villa has 3 bedrooms all en-suite, composed by 3 floors, the owners, Fernando and Tanya live in the basement but they have their own entrance and offer 100% privacy to the guests, besides they are always prepared to help the guests in any situation. On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with 2 single beds, equipped kitchen, living room, toilet, and a covered terrace with barbecue. for meals al fresco. On the first floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms, each one with terrace. The two bedrooms on the first floor are both air conditioned.

Setting

As mentioned above the villa has a very good location, as if guests would like to walk, everything is close by. The the center of Vilamoura: 10 minute, to the Marina where people can find night entertainment: 10 minute and to the beach: 15 minute, on this way in fact you won't need a car. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters away, pharmacy: 500 meters, restaurants, snack-bars and coffee shops, 400 meters. Although its location it's a quiet area where guests can relax.
