The accommodation

Accommodation in a small condominium on the ground floor, centrally located but in a quiet area, a short distance (10 minutes on foot or via a convenient free shuttle bus with a stop adjacent to the accommodation) from the Crest cable car of the Monterosa Ski area and the Monterosa Thermal Baths. Located near the church with shops, bars, and restaurants within easy reach. Enclosed communal garden and private terrace. Private covered parking. Cellar for storing skis, boots, and bicycles in summer.

Please note:
- Pets cannot be left unattended in the accommodation
- The availability of the reserved parking space must be checked at the time of booking as it may be associated with either this apartment or the studio apartment mentioned above. In any case, free parking spaces are available outside the condominium
- The kitchen is not equipped with cooking condiments (e.g., oil, salt, etc.).
- The bathtub is equipped with a shower.
- Please wash pots, dishes, glasses, and cutlery used before leaving the accommodation.
- Additional cleaning fees: €70 per stay.
- July and August: minimum stay 7 nights

Setting

The accommodation is easily accessible as it is on the ground floor; it consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a private terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a window. Suitable for 4 people, but with the possibility of an adjacent studio apartment for another 3 people.
It has a covered parking space in the basement of the condominium with the possibility of an internal staircase for direct access to the accommodation. Also in the basement is a storage room for skis, boots, and bicycles.

Activities and attractions

The free shuttle bus (with a convenient stop right outside the accommodation) also provides quick access to the Antagnod ski slopes, which are an excellent alternative in case of bad weather or strong winds on the higher slopes of the Monterosa Ski area.
The shuttle bus is also available in summer, allowing guests to take full advantage of the wide range of excursions and walks on offer.
