The accommodation

Excellent new apartment, inserted in prestigious condominium. Elevators. Private parking. Tastefully decorated, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with queen size double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Full bathroom with shower cabin. Spacious living room with sofa bed and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor space with balcony, from where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view! Air conditioning in all areas. TV and Wi-Fi. All details were thought to provide a memorable stay.

You can also enjoy all the recreational spaces of the condominium, such as the swimming pool, (seasonal - April/September),gym, maintenance sports circuit, co-working and leisure/gallery rooms.

Security and surveillance cameras. Building of contemporary architecture that privileges light, light tones, balconies and terraces in permanent contact with the exterior from where it is possible to have a breathtaking view of the Arrábida mountain range of the Atlantic Ocean and Sesimbra bay.

Setting

The accommodation is located in the nascent part of the picturesque fishing village of Sesimbra situated next to a sheltered bay, is at a distance of 40 km from Lisbon and the airport, 30 minutes from Setúbal and 15 minutes from the also charming Vila Nogueira de Azeitão.

They can circulate on foot, by car or by public transport, in this case bus. In relation to parking can park on the street of the building and free of charge, or in their private place in the condominium parking.

Activities and attractions

As soon as we arrive, the sea immediately holds our gaze, by its immensity. The bay is lade by the beautiful Serra da Arrábida the spring and the Port of Shelter to the west. The municipality of Sesimbra has an Atlantic coast with more than 40 km, from the Albufeira Lagoon, which is a national ecological reserve to Arrábida, where you can enjoy many beaches of fine sand and emerald sea. A 5-minute walk away is California Beach and with easy access by car or bike to idyllic beaches of Galapinhos, Portinho da Arrábida and the beach of Ribeiro de Cavalo among many others.

If you are a water sports lover, you also have a number of tour options to choose from, such as kitesurfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, dolphin watching and many more.

In the village is mandatory a walk along the marginal, next to the beach, but also to the old urban core, which holds the soul of a land of fishermen and where you should visit some monuments emblematic of the village, such as the Fortress of Santiago, The Chapel of the Holy Spirit and the Castle of Sesimbra that maintains its medieval moth. Further west, about 15 km away, do not miss also the visit to Cabo Espichel, where we probably find one of the most amazing scenery in Portugal!

The gastronomy in Sesimbra has a strong relationship with the sea. Fish, molluscs and shellfish are the main elements used in typical dishes of the region. We find it so in Sesimbra fish and seafood fantastic restaurants. Then just enjoy it!
