Magnificent designer apartment located in the trendy district of El Born. Ideal for a family.





Welcome to this golden cocoon bathed in light. Located in the center of Barcelona you are 10 minutes walk from the Ramblas, 10 minutes from the sea and a few meters from many typical restaurants and bars. Jaume 1 metro station is 100m away.





Take the time to explore the surroundings and enjoy Barcelona.





The living room is bright and airy with a modern design and very beautiful finishes. Relax on the sofa and enjoy the Smart TV (Netflix) screen. A large desk will allow you to work in a home office. The living room opens onto a large balcony where you can have your breakfast.





If you love to cook, you will love spending time in the kitchen with its central desk. Well equipped, all devices are modern and easy to use.





The master bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and an office table. A large dressing room with plenty of storage space allows you to unpack your suitcase easily and feel at home.





The second bedroom has two single beds.





Refresh yourself in the bathroom with a large shower.





It is equipped with reversible air conditioning as well as a washing machine and a WiFi fiber connection.



The apartment features a lovely rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days.





The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift.





Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 120 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.

A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month will be required upon arrival for any monthly stay. For reservations made via Airbnb, a €300 deposit will be requested solely to cover any potential excess over the maximum amount of included utility charges.





The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.





-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct. Alarm which can be totally disconnected or used by our guests.



Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
