Casa Bretana is a spacious semi-detached 3 bedroomed villa with private pool and larger than average patio area with plenty of space for 6 sun loungers and dining table and chairs and BBQ in order for guests to stretch out and relax on the south facing sun terrace. The villa is situated in a quiet location only a few minutes walk to the sea front, shops, restaurants, bars etc.

This lovely villa has recently been furnished to a very high standard by the new owners in a contemporary style. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is fully air conditioned throughout. The ground floor features a large fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a microwave, large fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher etc. There is also a separate utility room with freezer, fridge and washing machine.

The main living area consists of a large open plan lounge and dining area. The dining area seats six around a modern and elegant glass table with high-backed chairs.

From the lounge double patio doors lead out on to the sun terrace with private pool. There is also a covered outside area with stylish rattan seating making it a beautiful spot to keep out of the mid-day sun.

The south facing terraced area captures the sun through most of the day and is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs set, sun loungers, shower and a BBQ. The pool is approx. 8m x 4m and is perfect for lounging around in enjoying a refreshing swim.

The ground floor also consists of a large master double bedroom with en-suite shower room with very large spacious walk-in shower cubicle. This bedroom also has its own separate set of patio doors leading out on to the terrace. There is also an additional shower room / WC on the ground floor.

The top floor consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom along with a spacious bathroom which has the benefit of a shower over the bath. From the bedroom at the front of the villa there are separate patio doors leading onto a large terrace with table and chairs with outstanding views overlooking the sea and surrounding area.
