The accommodation

We are proud to offer you our stylish flat, located 40 m from the exclusive Playa Levante in beautiful Santa Pola. It has 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each.

The pleasant enclosed terrace on the fourth floor, connects to the lounge and gives lateral sea views of the exclusive Levante beach with its various bistros, restaurants and bars. In the spring or autumn, during the less warm moments, you can completely close off the terrace and it becomes part of the beautiful sitting area.

As mentioned above, you are only a few steps away from the dyke and the lovely beach. During all holiday periods, public beach beds and parasols are available for rent for sunbathers. We have 4 beach chairs available for you.

The whole house is air-conditioned with inversion, so nice and cool in the summer and warm for the winter.

In the comfortable sitting area you can enjoy the Smart TV with an extensive range of TV channels. You receive most radio channels via internet and Wifi. The sitting area consists of a 4-person sofa and a single sofa. This single sofa can be folded out in the sitting area as a single bed.
The dining area with extendable table and sideboard fits in nicely with the sitting area.

The kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hot plate, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...
Furthermore, all necessary cooking and eating utensils are available, as well as kitchen towels, dish towels...

The first bedroom (master bedroom) has a comfortable double bed with a solid mattress and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with solid mattresses and a large built-in wardrobe.
There is also a baby bed and a baby highchair available on demand (max 3 years or max 15kg).

The bathroom with bath is centrally located between the two bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided.

In the courtyard is the washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Or even better, you can quickly dry your wet clothes in the sun on the communal roof terrace.

Between the end of June and the beginning of September it is practically impossible to find a parking space in the streets of Santa Pola. You can rent our parking place 5 minutes away from the flat for 10 euros per day. Outside this period parking in the streets is possible.

Setting

Our accommodation is located 40m from the lovely beach and the embankment with the necessary restaurants, bars, heladerías (ice cream and cocktails), fine shops, etc.

The Santa Pola outdoor market takes place every Monday and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. It is a very large and popular street market, with approximately 440 stalls (the 100 food stalls are ONLY on Saturdays), further offering clothing, accessories, equipment, etc. The market is located opposite the bus station (Estación de Autobuses) and is a 14-minute walk from the flat.

The cosy typical Spanish market square with its centuries-old castle is 300 metres away.
Supermarkets such as Díalprix, sandwich and coffee shops, specialty shops are all within walking distance. We have a shopping trolley available.

El Altet airport is 17 km away. Take a taxi to your accommodation and enjoy your beach holiday or water sports holiday!

Activities and attractions

Take a stroll along the beach line to the sports marina. There you can sign up for a diving course, snorkelling, jet skiing, sailing...

Visit the island of TABARCA with a catamaran and go snorkelling, walking, sunbathing and above all, having a delicious meal! Tickets are available on the dike at the fishing port.

Hire a mountain bike for long rides through the sierra.

For the more adventurous, you can go paragliding in Gran Alacant!

Visit the biggest palm garden in Europe in ELCHE - distance 17 km

Go to the beautiful zoo Rio Safari Elche - distance 6,1 km

Visit the natural park of Santa Pola and the salt pans (Salines de Santa Pola) - distance 6,5 km.
