The accommodation

The Villa is a joyful, bright and clean country house.
It has three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a bunk bed.
A bathroom with Jacuzzi.
A splendid kitchen / living room, with panoramic views.
A huge terrace for enchanting summer aperitifs with barbecue for cooking lovers.
Parking around the house for any type of vehicle.

Setting

Completely independent, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, Sorrento lemons, vines, figs and wonderful oaks.
Two and a half hectares of land cultivated with organic farming surround the Tenuta Panno.
It is easily reachable (10 minutes from the Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway, Campagna exit)

Activities and attractions

It is at the beginning of Cilento, on the edge of the WWF oasis of Persano, 15 minutes from the baths on the Calore di Controne river and the caves of Castelcivita, 35 minutes from the suggestive temples of Paestum and the wonderful sea of the Cilento coast, 25 minutes from the ferry in the port of Salerno to the fascinating Amalfi coast, 50 minutes from the fantastic Castellabate, immersed in the gastronomic territory of true Mediterranean cuisine.
Ideal for vegans (Controne bean, olive oil) and vegetarians (buffalo mozzarella), fantastic for those who like seafood, river or land specialties (use the barbecue on the terrace!)
The characteristic village of Serre (3 min) provides all the shopping needs and services for the stay.
If you have children and / or pets, you have no idea how they will have fun inside and outside the house.
