This unique town house (our vacation home) is located in a splendid natural setting and within walking distance of the most important natural wonders of the region: the striking cliffs and bay of Morro de Toix, and the magnificent and imposing Mascarat gorge (Great hikes, rock climbing, mountaineering). You can also visit the waterfalls of the "Fonts d'Algar", the "Castell de Quadelest" in the mountains. Enjoy the visit of the old town of Altea with its white houses and narrow streets to the church. Discover the beautiful and beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe and its promenade with restaurants. Hiking trails are within walking distance. You can get to the Penon de Ifach, near Calpe, which has its own nature reserve and some of the best views of the Costa Blanca. Twelve units share a semi-private swimming pool with shower, large lawn, and great views. Only a few minutes from the beaches of Mascarat (1.1Km), Calpe (6 Km) and Altea beach (7Km). Marina 1.9 km, Yachthafen 1.9 km, Golf 8.8 km. Other nearby points of interest include Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Altea, Calpe and Benidorm. You must check in / check out day is Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.

Pueblo Mascarat (Altea) is in the center of everything - with a relaxed, quiet and quiet atmosphere. Situated between the lively resort of Benidorm, 20 km south, the beautiful Altea (pictures 33-36) and Calpe (pictures 8-13) with its majestic Rock Ifach to the north, the Pueblo Mascarat is an ideal starting point for exploring the 200 kilometer coast of the Costa Blanca seemingly endless attractions. Benidorm is the mega-resort of the area - with bars, discos and an energetic nightlife. The old town of Altea is only 10 kilometers from Pueblo Mascarat and is a jewel in terms of beauty and culture. The beautiful blue-and-white tiled church dome, which peers under the glittering white houses in the old town of Altea, has become an icon of the Costa Blanca. There are two main areas - along the beach and up in the old town. Altea old town looks typical Spanish with its pretty, narrow cobblestone streets with white houses which lead to a beautiful central square. The whitewashed houses offer a clean canvas for the flower beds bursting with Mediterranean colors. It is a charming place to walk through the little streets to find fabulous, family-run shops and restaurants, while stumbling over some historic buildings.

Two international airports to choose from (Alicante 75 Km and Valencia 145 Km). Supermarket 4.2 km (MasyMas on N-332), restaurants and bars 2.5 km. The area is serviced by renfe (the national train connection) and the local tram connecting the areas of the cities of Alicante to the south, to Denia in the north. The nearest bus, train and tram stop is in Calpe (6 km).

Our vacation house has 186 square meters, plus two large terraces (one in the main floor, a second one on the top floor where the main suite is located. There are two double bed rooms, and one bedroom with two single beds. A maximum occupancy of 10 is available upon request (fourth room with 4 bunk beds). There are two full bathrooms plus one w/c in the main floor. The bathrooms have bath-Jaccuzi-shower, bidet, toilet, and basin. One bathroom is attached to the main suite. The second bathroom is in the lower floor and services bedrooms 2 and 3. All rooms have ample wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with full dinnerware, full cookware and refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, iron and ironing table, and drying racks.
