The accommodation

Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 4 people in Oliva. It offers a community pool and an amazing terrace with beautiful views of the golf course in Oliva.After spending the morning at the beach or playing golf, you can cool off in the shared chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 6 meters and has a depth from 1.3 to 2.2 meters. On the other hand, the private terrace with its artificial grass area is ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lunch or dinner al fresco.

The interior of the modern apartment is bright and welcoming. It has a large living-dining room with a TV and it's connected to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms where you can rest, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other with twin beds. Extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You will also find another bathroom with a shower in the accommodation. The house is equipped with ducted air conditioning / heat pump and we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The quiet urbanization is located behind the fabulous golf course of Oliva Nova and just one kilometre from the Devesa beach. It is a perfect area to enjoy the sun, the beach and nature and we recommend a visit to the Marjal de Pego-Oliva Natural Park. If you want a change of scenery and immerse yourself in the culture of the area, we recommend you visit the Castillo de Santa Ana, the Castell del Rebollet or even go to the nearby and beautiful town of Gandía.

The pool is open all year round from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The first 35 kW per night of electricity consumption are included in the price. A fee will be charged from this amount.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
