Beautiful 3-bedroom apartment ideal for 5 people located in a typical pedestrian street on the Cadiz coast in the heart of the town where you can enjoy the neighborhood of the local population throughout the year, just a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The street where the apartment is located has no bars or restaurants and is totally quiet. Leaving this street you will find many small shops such as greengrocers, fishmongers and a food market that is open every day. On the parallel street there are several restaurants and a charming brewery where you can try delicious local food and drink.
The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and an extendable bed at different heights.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, hot water by solar thermal equipment. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, as well as internet connection throughout the accommodation.
The traditional 'old town' with its local art design shops and many bars and nightlife is a 10 minute walk away. You will find everything very close and you can enjoy the calm and charming atmosphere of this beautiful place.
The sheets and towels are included in the price of the reservation so you will not have to worry about anything.
Groups of young people or any type of party are not allowed in the accommodation.
