It has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and en suite bathroom and air conditioning, a second bedroom with a balcony and two single beds, and the third bedroom with a trundle bed.A spacious living room with sofas, flat-screen TV and wifi, a table for 6 people, and air conditioning. Independent kitchen with window to the garden and fully equipped. At the back, there is a furnished terrace with a connection to the garden of the urbanization which is a large lawn with a swimming pool at the end. The flats are semi-detached, but this one is on the corner so it has no neighbors on one side, so it has the most privacy.

Location
Located right in the commercial center of Vista Hermosa, the most exclusive urbanization of Puerto de Santa Maria, you can move on foot to the leisure areas, restaurants and supermarkets located a few meters from the urbanization. The nearest beach is the Buzo beach and it is only a 6-minute drive down the main street of the urbanization.How to get around the area
If you wish to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. Given the location, you can get to Rota or Chipiona in only 25 minutes. You can enjoy an excellent restaurant in the center of the Port and it is only a 10-minute drive if you fancy a trip to Cadiz by ferry across the Bay it will take you only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And even if it takes you more than an hour it is advisable if you are in the area to visit the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca, and Zahara de Los Atunes.
