The accommodation

Villa in Mojacar Beach with stunning location facing the sea and direct and private access to the beach.
Casa Rey is a typical and traditional construction of the area, on one floor, without access stairs or inside. The living room and two of its three double bedrooms have direct access to the huge terrace of 60 square meters facing the sea, with outdoor shower, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea breeze and the spectacular views.

The spaciousness and layout of the terrace allows you to adapt to the weather conditions of each moment, with more or less protected areas to tan, read a book, have an aperitif or take a nap in the sun or in the shade.
In the morning you can watch the sunrise over the sea from your bed and, a minute later, take a relaxing marine bath before breakfast… The villa has two bathrooms, one of them en suite with shower and the other with bathtub.

Full kitchen connected with large living room, which has a fireplace and ceiling fan. Pantry, large garage-storage room, high speed Internet connection, Wifi and TV with DVD. Casa Rey also has a hidden garden facing north, about 20 square meters, where you can shelter from the midday sun in the shade of its large palm tree or oleanders, among hibiscus, rose bushes and orange trees.

The private access to the villa has ample space to park several vehicles.

The picturesque town of Mojácar, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Spain, is located just 4 kms from Casa Rey, and in the nearby environment, in addition to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar, there is a huge variety of destinations of tourist interest that are worth knowing.
