The accommodation

Beachfront aparment, in Marbella center.

Enjoy the incredible views that this spacious apartment offers, located in the center of the city. Thanks to its privileged location you can walk to all the places without having to take the car, although the building has private parking. Stroll along the promenade enjoying views of the beach, where you will find a multitude of restaurants, or you can go shopping in the center just 1/2 minute walk.

Setting

The house is composed of a large living room with a dining table for 6 people. Then the living room with TV, sofa and armchairs where you can relax and then the large balcony that surrounds the entire property and offers emblematic views of the marina. The main room has an ensuite bathroom and terrace. The second room is connected to the third so it is very practical if you travel as a family and with children. All bedrooms have sea views and built in wardrobes.

Activities and attractions

A security deposit (500€) needs to be delivered in cash upon arrival, this one will be given back the day of departure.

The pool is open usually from May to October every year. Please check with us to see if the pool will be open during your visit.
