Spacious apartment in the center of Roses, at 250m from the beach, air conditioning and private car park. Next to shops, supermarkets, butchers, groceries and different shops.
The apartment with capacity for 1/6 people, is located in a building with elevator, and is distributed in:
* 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 cm)
* One bedroom with bunk bed
* Big dining room with sofa and TV.
* Fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave ...)
* 2 Bathroom with shower.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural summer animations, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Arrival and departure times can be adjusted according to the season.
The price does not include bed linen and towels. Customers can bring theirs or rent them, the cost is 15€/ person.
At the indicated prices you must add the tourist tax of 1,00 € per person over 16 years of age. The tax is per person and per day (with a maximum of 7€ para person and stay).
