Setting

VILLA-MARIA is a special and peculiar property, of great value and strategically located in a privileged area of the coast, property inherited from my paternal grandfather.
Retro-vintage construction with classic Mediterranean arches on its facade, the architecture of the house was typical of this area years ago. Inside, the ceilings are very high and built with rough stone.
It is a typical Spanish Mediterranean style house, built by my grandfather in 1963 to go fishing when the area was completely unspoiled. Today. The area has become a private residential area of medium-high very quiet with luxury homes around it.
VILLA-MARIA has the essence of the original Mediterranean houses, preserving the architectural charm and materials in its work (colored porcelain tile on the floor, stone walls and arches on its main terrace). The house has had several modifications making it more comfortable and pleasant for the summer vacation season, but without losing its essence of Mediterranean house lifestyle, architecturally it is a treasure of a house with a high sentimental value for me. Its name is VILLA-MARIA, the name of my grandmother.

The house is located specifically above the Cala del Andrago, the nearest beach from the house, which you can reach it walking with 5 minutes.

Activities and attractions

It is a beach in the form of a small cove with blue and gray pebbles in the sea water. The beach is ideal for different categories of people, travelers, lovers of relaxing getaways, etc.

The whole coast of Cala l'Andrago is accessible to everyone. This is an equipped beach, the list of its infrastructure includes a cafe-bar .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also participate in other activities.

There are also 7 additional beaches available within a radius of 1.5 km from VILLA-MARIA . The best known is the beach of l'Ampolla, or the Castle.
The church, stores, banks, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and other activities are located in the village 1.5 km from the house.
