Apartment on the beachfront with capacity for 5 people (2 single beds, a double sofa bed and a single bed under 80 cm), privileged views, television and WiFi, very bright throughout the day, surrounded by good restaurants, ice cream parlors, promenade with a recently remodeled bike lane and a parking lot (not included). In addition, it has a washing machine in the building, a library, a community pool and it is only a 15-minute walk from the center of Almuñécar.

It is an ideal accommodation for couples and families who want to enjoy the Andalusian coast during their July holidays.

The prices are, with all expenses included, the following (minimum one week):

July 16-July 31: 800 Euro/week. 1,500 Euro/fortnight

A 50% advance payment is required to formalize the reservation and the balance is to be transferred a week before the lease starts to avoid last-minute cancellations. Non-refundable in case of cancellation.
