This is a very nice, cozy, and comfortable apartment for 5 people. It has a large terrace on the same level. It's very well-equipped, centrally located, and quiet.

It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious, with a TV, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, and has direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, large drawers for storing clothes, a large window overlooking the terrace, and air conditioning.

The living/dining room has a very comfortable sofa bed and a large window with access to the terrace.

It has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) and a fully equipped bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower.

Optional items, subject to availability: high chair and travel cot. Bed linen and towels. Cleaning service, etc.

Notes:
A security deposit will be charged on all rentals and will be refunded upon departure if everything is in order.

Other details:
Applicable tourist tax: €1 per day per adult (over 16 years old)
Linen and towel rental: €10 per person, or you can bring your own.
Parking is available for rent in the same building (please check availability).

Final cleaning is free if you do it yourself, but it must be thorough; it's not just tidying up. If you prefer to pay for cleaning, it's €40.
Additional guests are welcome; only the tourist tax will be charged. Nothing else.
Pets have a supplement of €30 for the entire stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Only on the balconies. The apartment is about a 7-minute walk from the beach, and the surrounding area offers a wide variety of shops, banks, and clothing stores.

There are also several bars and restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner, from typical paella and seafood restaurants to pizzerias and more traditional, home-style fare, depending on your taste.
