Excellent 40 m2 apartment, located in the center of Ericeira, one bedroom and capacity for 4 people.
Ideal for those who want a vacation without having to get in the car!
It has a kitchenette, living room with TV and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator and is located 300 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the supermarket.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
