Excellent apartment in the centre of Ericeira, with 59 m2, 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. It features a living room with TV, sofa and a pull-out bed (which provides 2 single beds), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It also has wifi, hair dryer, iron and parking in the condominium's closed garage. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is located in a condominium with lift, swimming pool (ONLY OPEN FROM 01 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER), barbecue area and tennis court. It is located 300 m from the beach and about 50 m from the centre of S. Sebastião where you can find supermarket, pastry shop, restaurant, barbecue place among various other shops. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday without using the car! Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
