Excellent accommodation located in a closed condominium, in the centre of Ericeira, with a magnificent sea view and capacity for 7 people. It features a living room with sofas, TV and dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 1 single bed, an attic bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and hair dryer. Outside this accommodation has several living areas:- On the front side of the house there is a terrace with barbecue and dining area which has direct connection to the kitchen.- At the back, and connected to the living room, there is another terrace also with dining area.- On the upper floor of the house there is a huge terrace with a magnificent sea view and which is equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.Located 750 m from S. Sebastião Beach and supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
