Spectacular house with swimming pool, located in Santo Isidoro, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It features a living room with sofas, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with a single bed that allows pulling the base transforming into a double bed, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub, an open space on the upper floor with a sofa and desk and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Outside it has a terrace connected to the kitchen and living room with dining table, an excellent lawn area, landscaped zone, swimming pool and another dining area with barbecue and wood-fired oven. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and hair dryer. It is located in a very calm residential area, 2.5km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and 250m from Santo Isidoro centre where there is commerce.Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually updated by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
