Charming apartment located in the center of Ericeira with 78 m2, 2 bedrooms, magnificent sea views and capacity for 5 people.
It has 1 living room with sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 balcony with furniture..
The kitchenette is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi) and a hairdryer.
It is located right in the center of the village and 350m from the beach.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
