The accommodation

Charming village house, very well decorated, located near Ericeira, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
This house of approximately 80 m2 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa (which is a double sofa bed) and TV, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Outside there is a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture.
It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer and outdoor parking within the property.
It is located in Caeiros, close to local shops, barbecue, restaurant and pastry shop. Larger supermarkets are 4 km away, the center of Ericeira and the beach are 5 km away and the center of Mafra is 6 km away.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
