The accommodation

Typical house located in Santo Isidoro, near Ericeira, with 116 m2, two bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It has a living room with television, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. In the outdoor space it has a spacious private terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. It also has internet (wifi), iron and hair dryer. It is located 2 km from Ribeira D'ilhas beach and 4 km from the centre of Ericeira.

Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder shall be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount shall be charged to them at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a per-night tax on all short-term rental properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years of age) at the unit rate of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid at check-in in cash. The value of this tax is changed annually by Mafra Municipal Council, so changes to the amounts presented may occur.
