The accommodation

Excellent 200 m² dwelling, very close to the Ericeira centre, with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It features a living room with fireplace, sofa, TV and dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower, one social and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Outside, there is a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool. It also has internet access (wifi), hair dryer and iron. Located 900m from S. Sebastião beach and S. Sebastião square where you have supermarket, cafés with terrace, restaurants, barbecue restaurant, among other businesses. Ribeira D'Ilhas beach is 3km away.

Note 1: The swimming pool can be heated upon guest request, with an additional cost, not included in the presented value, of €40/night.

Note 2: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
