The accommodation

Villa Burión is a small palace of Indian architecture built at the beginning of the 20th century by Don Aquilino García on his return from Cuba. Its original structure and atmosphere allow us to take a journey into the past where luxury and small details characterised the decorative style of these constructions.
The house has seven comfortable rooms spread over the three floors of the house. They are spacious and luminous and allow a view of the different areas of the garden.
The two lounges, one on the main floor and the other on the ground floor, are ideal meeting places with their large and comfortable sofas. The one on the ground floor also has a large dining table for 14 people and a large TV screen.
There are also two kitchens, one on the main floor and the other on the ground floor and 6 bathrooms (one in the pool area)
On the main floor the classical style of decoration has been respected, highlighting the large living room with Art Deco touches, also present in one of the bedrooms and in one of the bathrooms.
All rooms have TV and internet connection.

Estate:
Our estate of more than 10000 m2 with a variety of trees, some of them centenary is an ideal place to walk and enjoy nature. It has different areas: glazed gazebo, outdoor pergolas, barbecue or pool area where you can relax and enjoy a comfortable bath.
There is also a Japanese garden at the entrance with figures that will delight the little ones.

Gazebo:

There is another recently built building in front of the house that has been fitted out as a glazed gazebo. It has sliding doors to open it completely on one of the facades. It is located next to the swimming pool, next to the barbecue and also has an attached bathroom.

Pergola area

On the back façade of the house, with direct access from the house, there is an area with pergolas to eat or relax outdoors and enjoy the wonderful views that the estate offers from this location.

Setting

Our house is located in the nerve centre of Asturias and is therefore a privileged place to visit our province.

How to get there: From Oviedo take the A-66 motorway towards: Gijón, Avilés, then take the As 17: Lugones-Posada de Llanera - la Fresneda. At the roundabout take the exit As-117 Oviedo, Gijón, Avilés, continue on the As-17. Cross Posada de Llanera and turn left onto the San Cucao road. After two kilometres and next to the public school of San Cucao you will find our house. The estimated travel time from the Oviedo exit to our house is 10 to 12 minutes.
