The accommodation

This completely renovated en redecorated holiday house is located in a small and cozy urbanization near Rojales. The entrance on the first floor gives you access to the spacious living room (over 50m2), which is furnished with a sofa, a large dining table, and a flatscreen TV that allows you to watch your favourite Dutch and English television programmes. For your comfort and convenience airconditioning and wireless internet is provided. The modern kitchen area provides all necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven/gas stove, washing machine, as well as a huge American fridge with separate freezing compartment. A drinking water system is installed, so there is absolutely no need to carry home all those heavy water bottles! The first floor furthermore contains a separate toilet.

Downstairs three sizeable bedrooms can be found, each with two large beds (European standard) and one with two seperate beds and airconditioning. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with rainshower. Additionally, there is a luxury bathroom with a shower with thermostat tap.

The roof contains a big sun terrace, offering a spectacular panoramic view which includes the Mediterranean Sea. The garden is separated into three terraces, and holds a large pergola, dining table and sun beds. The entire garden is surrounded by a wall of 1 meter high, which creates a perfectly safe play area for young children. Just off the property is a huge community pool with showers and a separate shallow area for children.

Setting

This beautiful holiday home can be found in the Urbanization of Pueblo Lucero, a very nice and spacious urbanization situated near the magnificent golf course “La Marquesa”. It is only a 5-minute drive to the gorgeous Guardamar de Segura beaches. The house is located close to a supermarket, several restaurants (offering a wide range of cuisines), bowling and mini golf. The centre of Rojales, where you can find bigger supermarkets, a variety of shops, as well as many more restaurants and bars, is just two minutes away by car.

Other cities in the direct vicinity are: Guardamar del Segura (5 minutes by car), Torrevieja (15 minutes by car), Santa Pola (15 minutes by car), and San Fulgencio (10 minutes by car). Local attractions in Rojales are: “Cuevas del Rodeo”, impressive cavehouses that were built in the 18th century; “Casa de Las Conchas”, this house is built with patterns of shells, tiles and mirrors; and every Thursday there’s the local market offering a wealth of fresh produce and local craftmanship. Other attractions in the area are the salt water lakes and its museum (Santa Pola), the spectacular waterpark “Aquapolis” (Torrevieja), and the Natural Park of the Lagoons of Torrevieja and La Mata.

Essential services, such as well-equipped private hospitals, dentists, specialists and general practitioners (all of various nationalities and/or speaking foreign languages) can all be found in the immediate region of Rojales.
