It has a huge living room with a sofa area and TV, a seating area and a snooker table, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with 3 single beds, a bathroom guest bathroom, a bathroom with bathtub, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and Electric kettle.
Outside there is an attractive garden, with outdoor equipment, a dining area and barbecue.
It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer and a washing machine.
It is located 1.5 km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and the famous Crazy Left and Cave waves and 4 km from the center of Ericeira.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
