The accommodation

Excellent duplex apartment in Ericeira, with 107 m2, right in front of the sea, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. On the lower floor, there is a living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms, one being a suite bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower in the suite and a balcony. The upper floor is an open space with a living area and 1 bed. From this floor, you also have access to the house's terrace. It is located in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool, situated right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the centre of Ericeira to Foz do Lizandro Beach. In this way, and if you wish, you can spend your holidays without needing to use a car, only moving on foot or by bicycle to the beach or to the centre of Ericeira. The nearest sandy beaches to the condominium are Sul beach, which is 1km away, and Foz do Lizandro beach, which is 1.5km away. The centre of Ericeira, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, is 1.4km from the condominium. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
