The accommodation

Modern and luxurious villa, located in Ericeira with 225 m2, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people.
It has a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two suites with a double bed, a suite with a double bed and a single bed, a suite with 2 single beds, two bathrooms with a bathtub, two bathrooms bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Outside there is a terrace on the upper floor of the house, and on the lower floor there is a garden, heated swimming pool, barbecue and dining area.
It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, washing machine, closed garage and a garage area with a sofa, some exercise machines and a desk.
It is located 1.5km from the beaches of Baleia and do Sul and 1.5km from the center of Ericeira.

The house has a video surveillance system which, however, is turned off when occupied by guests. For this reason, no camera will be in operation.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
