A maximum of 10 people are allowed in the apartment.
At any time, inside the apartment, behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that could cause disturbance to neighbors must be avoided. More precisely, any disturbing noise is prohibited from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
Adults are responsible for the minors entrusted to them.
Before leaving the apartment we kindly ask you to close the windows, turn off the lights, TVs, air conditioners and heating (in winter).
In the bedrooms it is forbidden to use stoves or similar for preparing food.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is possible to smoke outside, on the balconies, avoiding dropping ash and butts and using the ashtrays with which the apartment is equipped, or down in the garden.
The presence of animals is not permitted unless declared and authorized at the time of booking. On the kitchen balcony there is a sink station, a washing machine and a shelf containing everything you need to keep the apartment tidy and clean. The washing machine cannot be used after 10pm and before 7am.
The apartment is delivered tidy and clean. Maintaining order and cleanliness of the rooms is the guest's responsibility. Trying to leave the apartment tidy and clean is not the mere imposition of a written regulation: it is a rule of civilized living and respect for oneself and others. Customers have the duty to look after their belongings and any valuables they may have left in the apartment. The property is not responsible for any disappearance or theft of objects or valuables.
The owner has the right, even in the absence of the guest and in particular circumstances, to access the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or dangers. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of his entry into the apartment. Our house is located inside one of the most prestigious condominiums in the city, the Tetto Tranquillo Condominium. The apartment is located in the Scala B building inside 7 on the third floor.
The condominium lift is at your disposal, use of which is free and we remind you that the opening and closing of the doors is manual and not automatic.Therefore, when exiting the lift we remind you that it is mandatory to check that you have closed the doors correctly to avoid complaints from neighbours.
You can normally also use the communal garden to spend peaceful moments in the open air. In the garden there are various tree species such as magnolias, pines, jasmine etc. It is absolutely forbidden to light fires in the garden and/or cook. It is forbidden to remove plants, flowers and fruit. If necessary, please use the waste bins available.
Parking is certainly present outside with paid public municipal spaces. 1 parking space may be available inside the structure or free of charge outside the structure, in the private road leading to the condominium.
