Although the holiday flat is officially suitable for a maximum of four persons, it is strictly rented by the owner to a maximum of two adults, thus guaranteeing the most comfortable stay possible.

The flat consists of an elegant living/dining room with an unobstructed view of the green oasis of palm trees of the residential complex. In front of the south-facing window in the living room there is a sofa with a large table, which offers enough space, for example, for board games. Two rustic cupboards in the living room conceal coffee and tea sets, crockery, as well as water/wine and beer glasses, shot glasses, cognac glasses and champagne glasses. There is also a round dining table with four comfortable chairs, a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, a microwave and a small stereo with CD player.

The transition from the dining area to the balcony area overlooking the Mediterranean Sea to the south is seamless and guests will also enjoy sitting at a table with two balcony chairs here, especially as this area faces east-south-west, so you can bathe in sunlight all day long.

In the kitchen, with a south-facing window and sea view, guests will find everything they need to be completely self-sufficient, such as a ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven with baking utensils, fridge with separate freezer compartment and, of course, coffee machine (filter), Spanish coffee machine, kettle, electric egg boiler, electric juice squeezer, hand blender and toaster. Of course, there are also pots, pans, cutlery, egg cups and other kitchen accessories.

In the bright bathroom, with a south-facing window and sea views, guests can freshen up and relax under a rain shower. Bathrobes, hairdryer and washing machine (top-loading) are also provided.

The bright bedroom with sea views to the south, offers space for two adults in a double bed with two separate mattresses of good quality and dimensions of 90x200 cm each. In addition, there is a four-door wardrobe with mirrors and sufficient hangers, ironing board and iron as well as a chest of drawers. There is also a flat screen TV in the bedroom.

NOTES: The TV channels are received via a satellite antenna.

In the 22,000 square metre garden area there are two large swimming pools, with non-swimming and children's pools, which are open seasonally and in stages, from Easter to September / October. In July and August all pools are open. Sun loungers are available at the pools for about 2,00 Euro per unit per day. For use in the garden, the owner provides guests with free bath/beach towels and, on request, comfortable sun loungers for use in the garden only. There is also a small portable fridge with cooling accumulators, which can be taken into the garden to store cold drinks if required.

IMPORTANT: ONLY A MAXIMUM OF TWO ADULTS ARE ALLOWED TO RENT. PETS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE.

BLUE FLAGS FOR THE BEACHES OF BENALMÁDENA !
The Blue Flag environmental award stands for, among other things, good water quality, good accessibility and cleanliness of the respective beaches. It has been awarded to municipalities since 1987 after annual inspections, with special emphasis on environmental information and education, water quality, environmental management, safety and services.
If you don't feel like looking outside the town, you can also keep busy directly in Benalmádena itself.

Benalmádena is situated on the COSTA DEL SOL in the province of MÁLAGA (Andalusia) and is made up of three districts:
BENALMÁDENA PUEBLO, the small and pretty village centre, which still retains some of its traditional character of a typical "white village".
BENALMÁDENA COSTA, as the name suggests, is situated on the coast, where several beaches (including a nudist beach and, in high season, a beach specially adapted for the disabled) attract visitors with their beach bars and associated water sports facilities, and where the centre of tourist activity is to be found, so to speak.
And in the middle is the neighbourhood of ARROYO DE LA MIEL, between the mountain and the sea, where you will also find ÁGATA' s SEAVIEW APARTMENT.

In addition to the mountains, the beach and the sea, as well as three golf courses in the village and more than 300 days of sunshine a year, you can also enjoy, among other things, the following:

Right next to the residential complex ÁGATA, you will find the PALACIO DEL DEPORTE (former CLUB DEL HIELO DE BENALMÁDENA), a municipal sports facility which, in addition to an indoor swimming pool, various sports and relaxation programmes, also offers the only ice skating rink in Andalusia, a pleasure not only for winter sports enthusiasts! For the latter, the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, in the province of Granada, is only an hour's drive away. So in winter you can relax on the sunny beach under the palm trees while you see the snow-capped Sierra Nevada in the distance.

The PARQUE LA PALOMA, the green lung of the town, is situated between the coast road and the holiday home; approx. 300 m.

From here you have a wonderful view of the coast with the bay of Malaga in the southeast and, in good weather, as far as GIBRALTAR and AFRICA (Morocco) in the southwest.
There are several hiking trails here, as well as the ornithological park VALLE DE LAS ÁGUILAS, where eagles and other birds of prey are cared for, trained and shown.

But first you should see the beautiful port city of MÁLAGA with all its rich history and magnificent buildings from times gone by, among many other points of interest.
