The accommodation
Apartment on the ninth floor and on the 1st front line of Playa de Gandia, completely renovated and brand new. It has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two beds and one with a trundle bed) with ceiling fans in all three, a very spacious living room with A/C, an equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a huge terrace with spectacular views of the sea. It has a garage space. Maximum capacity 6 people. Pets are not accepted. Check prices and availability. It is rented at least two weeks from Monday to Monday. Pets are not accepted.

It is located on the front line, on the Paseo Maritimo Neptu. Ideal for going for walks and close to all the necessary services (supermarkets, restaurants, medical center, etc).
Activities and attractions
Gandia beach stands out for its crystal clear water and its white sand and its extension and breadth, which places it as one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural surroundings of great beauty and the city of Gandia is also a stone's throw away, where its historical past and tradition merge (the Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (essential to try the fideuá).
