I rent a small villa of 65 square metres consisting of two bedrooms a kitchen a bathroom and two outdoor spaces, one in front and the other behind the house, the one behind is equipped with an outdoor shower. It is located in the tourist resort of Torre Saracena, a residence in the Torre dell'Orso marina in the municipality of Melendugno.
One room is furnished with a double bed and an armchair bed, the other with a double sofa bed.
The kitchen consisting of an oven, fridge and hob is fully equipped for six people.
The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine.
The house is equipped with new furniture, and with all comforts such as mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, ceiling fans, microwave oven, coffee machine, barbecue etc.
The property is completely autonomous and is about 200 metres from the services of a tobacco bar and supermarket, 900 metres from the sea, 1500 metres from the centre of Torre dell'Orso and Sant'Andrea, 5 minutes from Laghi Alimini, 10 minutes from Otranto and 15 minutes from Lecce.
Shuttle service, run by the municipality, to the beaches in the surrounding area and free of charge for guests of the residence.
Stays not exceeding 90 days from Saturday to Saturday, check in from 18:00, check out by 11:00.
Pets are accepted and bathroom and bed linen is provided for 5 persons.
Rates are per week and run from May to September.
