Outside, this apartment has 2 terraces: a terrace connected to the kitchen with barbecue and dining table and a huge terrace connected to the living room and bedrooms with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing.It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and central heating.It is located in a condominium with swimming pool, garden, children's area and outdoor parking, situated 400m from the south beach and 1km from the centre of Ericeira.Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax value is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
