Externally, this apartment has 2 terraces: a terrace connected to the kitchen with a barbecue and dining table and a huge terrace connected to the living room and bedrooms with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and central heating. It is located in a condominium with swimming pool, garden, children's area and outdoor parking, situated 400m from the south beach and 1km from the centre of Ericeira. Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
