The accommodation

TAO apartments with one bedroom (with a double bed or 2 beds of 90) plus a living room with a sofa bed, a complete bathroom (with a shower or a bathtub), an equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea views. Maximum capacity 4 people.

Sheets and towels are included.

The building is complemented by a swimming pool (open from 06/16 to 09/15) and a tennis court.

Free Wifi in the Reception Area and option to hire WIFI in the apartment (PAID). Option of Parking Space (PAID).

The Reception Office is located on the ground floor of the same building at PASEO DE VELILLA Nº15. Our hours are from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. On weekends from 10:00 to 13:00.

FIRST LINE OF THE BEACH at only 1500m far from town center
Nearby you can find all kinds of services like Chemist, hairdressing, small supermarkets, Bazar chino, bars, restaurants, CHIRINGUITOS DE PLAYA etc.

Activities and attractions

Tennis Court ( 2 € per hour ) Rental of umbrellas and hammocks in front of the building. To pay. It is also possible to hire individual paragliding or tamdem flights
Almuñecar is a seaside tourist town with a very nice old town that you can visit. The beaches of Almuñecar have more than 19 km of coastline, where you can practise differents aquatic sports. The Aquatic Park of Almuñécar are at 1800 m. In addition you can visit several archaeological remains of our Phoenician-Roman past.
Less than 40 'by car we find the cities of Granada (Alhambra) and Málaga (Museo Picasso).
Also very close is the popular region of the Alpujarra Granadina(75km), and nice villages as Nerja (20km).
