The accommodation
Apartment with 2 bedrooms (both with double beds), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker... a spacious living-dining room and a large terrace with awning and comfortable and comfortable furniture perfect for a holiday. Completely new, it is furnished and decorated in a modern and current way. All rooms consist of Air Conditioning for Summer and Heating for Winter.
It is complemented by a parking space.
The Residential located in Playa Cabria was built in 2019 and has several swimming pools (Open from 01/05 to 30/09), swings for children. paddle tennis courts and an area to practice sports.
POSSIBILITY TO CONTRACT INTERNET (FOR A FEE)
The Reception Office is located in PASEO DE VELILLA Nº15. Opening hours from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, weekends from 10:00 to 13:00.

Excelente apartamento. Piscina desaprovechada
El apartamento es precioso, nuevo, muy limpio todo, vajillas y platos nuevos, bonito, confortable. Unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza. Ubicado cerca de playas increíbles. Está a unos 5 km del pueblo, pero se puede ir andando (al final hay cuestas pero se pueden subir) y hay un autobús cada media hora hasta las 12 de la noche. La persona de la inmobiliaria que nos recibió es muy amable. Pero tiene algunos puntos negativos: el más importante los horarios tan restrictivos en el uso de la piscina: a medio día cierra de 15 a 17, así que si vienes de la playa no te puedes dar un chapuzón. Y por otro lado cierran a las diez y es imposible ya el acceso. Te priva de lo agradable que es darse un baño en las noches de verano. Socorristas innecesarios: no cubren apenas. La terraza de al lado sólo está separada con un cristal por lo que se oyen las conversaciones de al lado, y también se huelen las coladas. La lavadora echa espuma constantemente por mucho que se pongan aclarados
