The accommodation

Perfect rural house for family vacations where to enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the magic island of Menorca.

The house of traditional Menorcan architecture, is a ground floor and has:

Inside:

- Kitchen: fully equipped rustic style, open to the dining room and connected to the outdoor terrace.

- Living room: comfortable, cozy, spacious and connected to the outside terrace.

- Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with two single beds each, and 2 double bedrooms, one with a bed of 1,35x1,90 and the other with a bed of 1,40x2,00. The bedrooms are equipped with a standing fan.

- Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one on suite.

- Laundry room: equipped with 1 washing machine, 1 iron with ironing board and with direct access to the clothesline at the back of the house.

Outside:

- Outdoor porch that offers views of the countryside, perfect for outdoor dining.

- Large garden surrounding the house with Menorcan vegetation, where you can find several areas in the shade of the trees to rest.

- Swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, outdoor shower, and umbrella.

Pets are not allowed.

Reservations for groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.

Parties are not allowed.

Setting

The house is located in a rural environment, at a distance of 1 km from the town of Ciutadella de Menorca, through which you can access the main beaches of the south coast (Calan Turqueta, Macarella, Es Talaier and Son Saura).

The location of the house allows you to easily connect with the urbanized beaches of the south coast (Sa Caleta, Santandria, Cala Blanca, Cala en Bosch) and the beautiful beaches of the north coast of Ciutadella (Cala Morell, and the beaches of Algayarens).

Also, at 10 minutes walking and 3 minutes by car you can reach Ciutadella, which stands out for its spectacular historic center full of narrow streets and emblematic buildings and its picturesque natural harbor.
