The accommodation

The BERMUDA BEACH 5 apartment is on the ground floor (NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES!), this is very spacious and tastefully furnished. Completely quiet location right on the beach! The heart of the apartment is the large and bright living room with more than 40m² with the open kitchen. This offers a beautiful pool and sea view. Here you will find a large dining table for up to 6 people and a living area with a large sofa in front of the TV. The living room offers direct access to the large terrace. When you sit in the living room you look straight out to the open sea & pool! The dining area is also very elegant. On the large terrace you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun and listen to the sea. In addition to the large garden table, there are 2 sun loungers and a large lounge furniture set. The large master bedroom has a large double bed 180X200 cm and en-suite bathroom. When you lie in bed, look at the open sea! The second bedroom has 2 single beds, direct sea view and has a bathroom in the hall. The apartment faces south, so you have sun all day. The terrace is partially covered, so that there is always enough shade.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2019, new bathrooms and kitchen were installed.

The complex is located directly on the beach and offers its own tennis court and a large garden area with pools, right by the sea!

Setting

The complex 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beachline between the city of Estepona and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers private paddle tennis court, spacious garden and community pools direct on the beach. Each apartment has enormous terraces with 100m² and unforgetable views over the beach, the Rock of Gibraltar and Africas coastline: a perfect holiday home for summer and winter! The complex has direct access to the beach. Just 100 meters away is a very good restaurant. In walking distance you will find the Albayt Golf & Country Club with restaurant, large SPA and golf - we offer discounted rates. In the village next door you will find numerious shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas-bars, bakery and pastery. Every sunday here is one of the biggest markets in the region.

The bigger city of Estepona is just 7 km. far away.
