Quiet environment, with all amenities and privacy, ideal for vacations or getaways. Garden and lawn to relax or play. Swimming pool, threshing floor, patio and sun loungers. It has a barbecue, wood oven, solarium, table and chairs for meals in the shed, sun loungers and parasol. Countertop and stove for cooking on the patio too! With antique floor fireplace/heat stove. Close to supermarkets and 5 minutes by car from the village centre. It has WI-FI, remote work area and satellite TV. With parking inside the premises.

Quintinha da Moita is located in a village in central Portugal. It is a parish in the city of Marinha Grande (District of Leiria) but with rural characteristics. It is a quiet village, ideal for rest. Access to Quintinha da Moita is quite easy, traveling by car - access to the motorway (A8) is about 2 km away. The village also benefits from the urban bus circuit, whose nearest stop is 20 meters from the house. The west train station (Martingança Gare) is 900 meters away. Close to the beaches (about 15 minutes by car) - S. Pedro de Moel, Paredes de Vitória, Nazaré, Praia do Norte, Vale Furado. The house is located in the center of the Artisan Glass Route and close to tourist attractions - Pinhal de Leiria, Alcobaça, Batalha, Aljubarrota, Fátima ,Serra de Mira de Aire and Leiria Castle
