Your executive apartment with a large private terrace in Barcelona. A modern and stylish apartment in the heart of Barcelona, with an amazing private terrace of over 50m2. It has a large room with three different environments and amazing light thanks to large windows overlooking the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, vitro and dishwasher.

There are two sofa beds in the living room, Smart TV and a large dining table.

Both bedrooms include double beds and bathrooms each. One bathroom has bathtub and for the other there is a shower.

A/C available in the main room and Wifi connection.

The nice partof the apartment is its private terrace with table and chairs but also long chairs to enjoy the sunlight of Barcelona quietly ... all this within 5 minutes walking of the Cataluña and Universitat Square.
Located on the first floor of a building in the city of Barcelona, you are in turn next to the most lively and picturesque sites of the city. Within a 10 minute walk, you can admire the works on display at the MACBA, reach one of the hubs of the city - Plaza Cataluña, or even the very famous Ramblas Cataluña. If this were not enough, just 5 minutes from the building there is a metro station from where you can visit anywhere in the Catalan capital with ease. The same neighborhood of L'Eixample has a variety of catering services, first class entertainment and a myriad of shops and interesting twists to know.

-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.

Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.
Barcelona city tax not included: 5,50€ per night per person.
