Activities and attractions

Guadamur Castle. Impressive fortress, the first built in Spain to withstand artillery fire (with walls up to 4 meters thick). Drawbridge, crenellated walls, a fairytale castle that can be visited. Among other illustrious figures, Philip the Fair and Juana the Mad, Cardinal Cisneros, Emperor Charles V, and the Princess of Éboli, imprisoned here by order of Philip II, lived here.

Guarrazar Treasure Museum. An incredible treasure trove of Visigothic goldsmithing, with the votive crowns of Recesvinto and other kings. The museum displays exact replicas (the originals are kept in the museum).

Puy du Fou. A journey through the history of Spain in a medieval setting. Full of surprises, incredible effects, and fascinating stories. It doesn't disappoint!
